About Me

Hi, my name is Emily Ober. I am a former Winter Haven High School soccer player who wants to give back to her community. After graduating high school in 2014, I continued my playing career at a Division II school located in North Georgia, Young Harris College. Upon graduating with my Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, I played 2 seasons of semi-professional soccer in the WPSL for Orlando Kicks and Peachtree City MOBA. I then hung up my cleats and accepted a graduate assistant coaching position at Division I school, University of Louisiana Monroe. I graduated with my Master’s Degree in Exercise Science with a focus in Sport Management and knew from that point on, coaching was what I was born to do. Since graduating with my Master’s I have coached NJCAA, Division II, Division III, and I have years of experience coaching club level soccer. I have a D Coaching License and I am certified in strength and conditioning.

My passion is to inspire the younger generation teaching them what I love most… soccer. My mission is revolved around these three E’s: Elevate. Enhance. Empower. When training these young soccer players, I hope to instill good habits, good attitudes, and good work ethic. I plan to use all of my hard work and past experiences to create expert-level training sessions that will improve each player’s game.
