Book a Training Session

Triple E Training offers many different training formats to best suit their clients. You can select to book a training session for a duration of either 30 minutes, 1 hour, or 1.5 hours. Contact Triple E Training via email, phone, or social media today to book your next training session!

Individual Sessions

In an individual session, the coach is focused solely on 1 player. This can arguably be the most effective form of training for a player looking to elevate his/her skills. This type of training allows the coach to evaluate the player and create an effective training session tailored to that player’s needs. Whether it’s needing to work on technical ability, tactical ability, or speed and agility, Coach Emily will know what is best for your kid!

If you have any specific areas you would like to focus on, feel free to let the coach know!

Small Group Sessions

In small group sessions, the coach is focused on 2-4 players. This allows for the coach to be less active in the activities and more active in observing and instructing. This type of training allows for the players to work on their skills with their friends, while still focusing on their individual needs. Group sessions can strengthen bonds between teammates and improve the ability to read how one another play.

Team Sessions

In team sessions, the coach will come out for either the beginning of your team’s practice or will run your full team practice depending on what the club coach prefers. During this session, Triple E Training will focus on the team as a whole. The trainings vary depending on what the club coach is looking for and can consist of (but is not limited to) agility work, strength training, technical training, tactical training, and team camaraderie.

Speed and Agility / Strength and Conditioning Sessions

In strength and conditioning/speed and agility sessions, the focus is on the physical aspect of the game. Coach Emily will take the players through a series of exercises and drills that will not only improve the player’s strength, speed, and agility, but will also focus on injury prevention, balance, and coordination.
